What we can help with
- Questions or concerns about how we handle personal information (see also our Privacy Policy).
- Reports of technical errors, broken pages, or cookie-banner issues.
- General feedback on clarity or tone of lifestyle content (we do not provide personalised advice by email).
What we cannot do through this channel
We cannot diagnose, treat, or comment on individual health or medical situations. For those matters, please speak with a registered health practitioner or other qualified professional in your state or territory.
Internal process
- We acknowledge receipt within five (5) Australian business days where an email address is supplied.
- We review the complaint fairly and may request additional detail to understand the issue.
- We aim to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days for most matters. Complex privacy investigations may require longer; we will advise you if that applies.
- We keep a record of the complaint and our response for a reasonable period for accountability and regulatory purposes.
