These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to consumers as described below and cannot be excluded where the law does not permit exclusion.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://chroxxendhit.world (the “Site”) operated by Chroxxendhit (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

The Site publishes general lifestyle articles and related materials. Content is for information and inspiration only. It is not tailored to any individual and does not constitute professional, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you apply any ideas in your own context.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). For services supplied to consumers in Australia, you are entitled to a remedy if we fail to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure is not minor. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory right or remedy.

Currently the Site’s editorial pages are offered without charge. If we introduce paid offerings, pricing, refund, and support terms will be disclosed clearly before payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping in a way that harms performance, harassing others through our contact channels, or using the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are breached.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chroxxendhit against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
